osition: Emergency Medicine Doctor (MD/DNB)
Department: Emergency & Trauma Care
Qualification: MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with medical, surgical, and traumatic emergencies.
- Perform rapid triage and stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
- Provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and trauma management.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central venous access, chest tube insertion, defibrillation, and resuscitation.
- Coordinate with specialists for timely referrals and admissions.
- Interpret ECGs, X-rays, CT scans, and laboratory reports for emergency decision-making.
- Manage emergency medications and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment plans and critical conditions.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in emergency drills, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education.
- Work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Skills:
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of ACLS, ATLS, and emergency care protocols.
- Patient-focused approach with sound ethical practice.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
