IFDA Institute is a leading education and skill development institute committed to providing high-quality professional training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our network and generate admissions through strategic partnerships.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
* Identify and secure tie-ups / collaborations with schools, colleges, and institutes for student enrollment, workshops, seminars, and career guidance programs.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers of educational institutions.
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
* Maintain reports of tie-ups, leads, meetings, and conversions.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum *1–2 years of experience in Business Development*, preferably in the education / training industry.
* *Mandatory experience in handling School, College, and Institute Tie-ups.*
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Good networking and relationship-building ability.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
* Prior experience in admissions or education sales.
* Existing network in schools, colleges, and educational institutions will be an added advantage.
* Candidate should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
