About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Regional Branch Head – Agri Drone Sales to lead sales operations and drive revenue growth across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, rural market penetration, and team handling, especially in industries like Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, or Agri Inputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive Agri Drone sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Influence target audience through awareness activities, live demo and sessions.
Develop and execute Branch-wise sales strategies for rural and semi-urban markets.
Promote Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) and drone-based agricultural solutions.
Ensure strong pipeline management and lead conversion.
Increase product adoption and market penetration in assigned branch.
Branch Operations:
Oversee branch-level operations with a focus on sales performance and revenue growth.
Ensure coordination between sales, and operations teams.
Reporting & Coordination:
Monitor sales performance.
Share MIS reports, forecasts, and insights with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in field sales / business development.
Candidates from Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Input Sales, Farm Equipment, or Rural Sales background are highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
Good understanding of rural markets and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in handling large teams and multi-location operations.
