A Two-Wheeler Sales Executive drives dealership revenue by assisting walk-in customers, explaining vehicle features, coordinating test rides, and closing sales. They manage end-to-end purchasing, including financing, insurance, and RTO documentation to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their riding requirements, and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Product Demonstration: Explain technical specifications, features, pricing, mileage, and offer details.
- Test Rides: Coordinate and conduct safe test rides to help buyers evaluate the vehicle.
- Sales & Negotiations: Negotiate prices, discuss EMI/finance options, and close sales to meet monthly showroom targets.
- Paperwork: Manage all documentation, including insurance, loan processing, and RTO registrations.
- Lead Management: Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp to nurture potential buyers.
- After-Sales Support: Assist with post-purchase inquiries, vehicle service scheduling, and customer retention
