Role Description The Senior Architect – Hospitality & Corporate Interiors will lead the design and delivery of high-end hospitality and corporate interior projects from concept through completion. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, overseeing consultants and vendors, conducting site visits, and resolving design and technical issues during construction. The Senior Architect will guide junior team members, maintain design quality across all project stages, and contribute to the firm’s standards, design processes, and innovation in hospitality and corporate interiors.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, particularly in hospitality and corporate interiors.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and workflows for design, documentation, and coordination; ability to oversee technical Integration with other disciplines.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery within time and budget.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure preferred.
- Experience leading medium to large-scale interior and architectural projects, ideally with exposure to sustainable and high-performance design.
- Advanced skills in design development, construction detailing, and preparation of working drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Familiarity with green building standards (e.g., LEED) and local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to mentor junior staff, take ownership of projects, and work on-site in Surat on a full-time basis.
Pay: ₹16,266.80 - ₹35,000.00 per month
