Solar Sales Executive – Telecalling (Inside Sales)

We are looking for energetic and experienced Inside Sales/Telecalling Executives who can convert enquiries into qualified appointments and support our sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Contact inbound and outbound leads through calls.
Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits.
Qualify customer requirements.
Generate appointments for field sales engineers.
Follow up consistently until closure.
Maintain customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams.
Daily calling KPI'S and appointment booking
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Experience :
We are looking for candidates with 1–5 years of sales or tele calling experience in:

Rooftop Solar
Solar EPC Companies
Electrical Products
Inverters
Batteries
UPS
Energy Solutions
Building Materials
Home Improvement Products

Real Estate

Banking Sales
Freshers also can apply.
Previous experience handling customer enquiries over phone will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam
Basic English communication
Hindi is an advantage
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Good follow-up ability
Target-oriented mindset
CRM knowledge preferred
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers with exceptional communication may also apply.
Experienced telecallers will be given preference.
