Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Project Executive to drive customer acquisition, execute turnkey agricultural projects, and promote the SSF (Smart Sustainable Farming) concept. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, project handling, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through cold calling, direct approach, CRM, expo leads, and customer references
- Identify potential customers and convert them into SSF concept enrollments
- Handle both direct sales and channel partner sales
Project Execution:
- Manage and execute turnkey agricultural projects and services
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and business plans
- Ensure successful implementation of SSF concept at customer locations
Marketing & Field Activities:
- Participate in agriculture expos, farmer meetings, and presentations
- Conduct group presentations to farmers and stakeholders
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Targets & Performance:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
- Cover a minimum 80–100 km radius territory
- Ensure coverage of 1500 acres per year per executive
- Drive service enrollments and revenue conversion
Reporting & Reviews:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Participate in review meetings (online & offline)
- Track and present performance based on KRA & KPI metrics
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle fieldwork and extensive travel
- Knowledge of agriculture / farming concepts (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate repeat business and customer references
Qualification:
- B.BA , M.BA, B.Tech, BE- Agri Engineering, M.Sc – RDS
