- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification or professional course in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong practical knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management is mandatory.
- Technical background is preferred, especially in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Experience in warehouse planning, storage optimization, and material handling.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in dispatch planning, inward and outward logistics, and transportation coordination.
- Ability to manage warehouse staff, monitor productivity, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety standards, 5S, and warehouse compliance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse operations will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
