Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and manage inbound leads from website forms, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, cold email campaigns, and outbound automation tools.
· Review and maintain CRM data inside HubSpot.
· Ensure every lead receives timely and relevant follow-up.
· Execute personalized email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone outreach beyond automated workflows.
· Track the progress of every lead through the sales pipeline.
· Generate daily and weekly reports on inquiries, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
· Assist the founder in managing revenue operations, business development processes, and growth initiatives.
· Work with AI-powered tools and automation systems to improve lead generation and sales efficiency.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, CRM management, digital marketing operations, or customer success.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Graduate in Business, Management, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred.
· Comfortable speaking with prospects over phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Curious about AI, automation, startups, and modern growth systems.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
