Executive Engineer – Sales & Projects

Job Summary
We are hiring Executive Engineers – Sales & Projects to manage project execution, technical sales, client coordination, and business development activities. Candidates with experience in Fire Safety, MEP, Engineering Projects, Industrial Projects, HVAC, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and read engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Create quotations, technical specifications, and BOQs using Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify new leads through business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with Contractors, Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
- Follow structured Planning, Execution, and Reporting processes.
- Prepare monthly business development reports and 6-month sales roadmaps.
Eligibility
Education
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 2–8 years in Fire Safety, Engineering Projects, Industrial Projects, MEP, HVAC, or related industries
