Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and schedule showroom visits/test drives.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses.
- Conduct post-delivery feedback calls and resolve customer queries.
- Generate referrals and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
