Admin Executive – Printing Company
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our printing company. Candidates with freshers or up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle basic administrative and office tasks
- Manage customer interactions and support walk-in clients
- Assist with printing, photocopying (xerox), scanning, and related services
- Maintain basic accounts and billing records
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations
- Ensure smooth handling of documents and printing requests
Requirements
- Fresher or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of accounts and computer operations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office/basic billing software is a plus
