PrepLadder (An Unacademy Company) is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Video Production to join our in-house production team in Bengaluru.

Role Highlights
-Lead and manage a team of 6 videographers and video editors
-Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
-Full-time role
-Compensation: Negotiable based on relevant work experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading a video production or post-production team
- Strong understanding of video shooting, editing, lighting, and production workflows
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
