Support the SHE department in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), conducting internal audits, ensuring documentation compliance, and assisting in day-to-day safety activities across the site.

To maintain and update IMS documents, SOPs, work instructions, registers, and records.

To coordinate document review, revision control, and document distribution.

To plan, conduct, and report internal audits as per the audit schedule.

To track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

To assist in review of HIRA, Aspect Impact, OTI.

To conduct workplace safety observations and compliance audits.
-
Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action implementation & closure. Review and analyze SUSA’s.

Coordinate SHE trainings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.

To maintain SHE performance dashboards, KPI reports, and statutory records

To support legal compliance, external audits, and management review meetings.

Promote safe work practices and drive continual improvement initiatives.

M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE chemical. Fresh graduates may apply.

Candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.

Understanding of HIRA, JSA

Basic understanding of SHE compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
