What You'll Do
- Provide prompt and friendly support to customers over phone calls.
- Assist with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and other delivery-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet key performance metrics such as response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our service and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, hospitality, or similar customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional while handling customer interactions.
