We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in packaging design and be able to create professional designs for labels, boxes, monocartons, pouches, and other packaging materials. The candidate must be proficient in relevant design software and should understand branding, layout, print-ready artwork, dielines, and packaging production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design packaging materials such as labels, cartons, monocartons, pouches, boxes, and other product packaging
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with the company’s brand identity
- Prepare print-ready files with proper sizing, bleed, alignment, and color settings
- Work on dielines, layouts, mockups, and packaging adaptations
- Coordinate with internal teams and printers/vendors for design execution
- Ensure accuracy in artwork before final production
- Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements
- Support other graphic design needs such as branding materials, promotional creatives, and product-related visuals when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in packaging design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design software
- Good understanding of dielines, print specifications, typography, color usage, and packaging structure
- Ability to create professional, clean, and market-ready designs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple design tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, food, FMCG, or product-based brands
- Knowledge of printing materials, packaging finishes, and production processes
- Ability to create product mockups and presentation visuals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
