Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool centre
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for children
- Manage admissions, parent interactions, and staff coordination
- Lead and motivate the teaching team effectively
- Maintain high standards of academics, administration, and child care
- Plan and execute school activities, events, and celebrations
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership qualities are welcome
- Prior experience in preschool/school administration is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Young, energetic, and dedicated individuals preferred
