Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who can connect with students over calls, understand their academic background, and guide them toward the right courses and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Provide clear information about universities and programs
- Guide students through the admission process
- Maintain regular communication and build trust
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali preferred)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of education/courses (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle conversations with a helpful approach
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
