Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Packaging Supervisor to manage daily packaging operations and support production activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising manpower, maintaining records, handling inventory, and ensuring proper hygiene and discipline on the production floor.
Preference will be given to experienced and local candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging operations.
- Manage and allocate work to packaging staff.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Maintain daily production and packaging records.
- Perform data entry and update stock records.
- Conduct stock verification and inventory audits.
- Handle inventory movement and documentation.
- Complete production reports and other paperwork accurately.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace discipline are maintained.
- Coordinate with production and management for smooth operations.
- Monitor attendance and productivity of packaging staff.
Required Skills
- Manpower handling and team supervision.
- Task planning and work distribution.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Basic English reading and writing for documentation.
- Data entry and record maintenance.
- Stock management and inventory handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or manufacturing supervision.
- Mature and experienced candidates will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Local resident of Moradabad or nearby areas.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Willing to grow with a startup company and take ownership of responsibilities.
