We're looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure to fast moving marketing operations, manage client relationships, and ensure flawless campaign execution across paid and owned channels.
What You'll Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for client marketing and category teams, translating business goals into actionable campaign plans.
* Coordinate with Paid Media teams to align campaigns across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms with CRM journeys across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and In App channels.
* Build and optimize operational workflows, establish SLAs, and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.
* Manage campaign operations on platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, or similar tools.
* Ensure audience segmentation, event tracking, user properties, and customer journeys are accurately configured.
* Lead and mentor a team of operations executives while implementing strong QA processes to ensure error free campaign launches.
What We're Looking For
* 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or Account Management.
* Experience working with a digital agency, MarTech agency, eCommerce, Quick Commerce, or consumer internet brand.
* Hands on expertise with CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, or similar engagement platforms.
* Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent problem solving and crisis management capabilities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
