About the Role
Leapcodes is looking for a highly driven and technically strong Presales Manager who can bridge the gap between customer requirements, solution architecture, and business value.
The ideal candidate should be capable of driving technical discussions with enterprise customers, understanding business challenges, architecting scalable solutions, and supporting the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle — from qualification to proposal submission and deal closure.
This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, solution consulting, business communication, and strategic thinking across Digital Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand business, technical, and operational requirements.
* Conduct requirement analysis, discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution discussions.
* Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and identify the right technology fit.
* Design and architect solutions across:
* Software Development & Digital Engineering
* Cloud & Infrastructure Services
* Data Engineering & Analytics
* AI/ML & Automation Solutions
* Cybersecurity & Managed Services
* Prepare technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, SOWs, BOMs, presentations, and commercial inputs.
* Lead proposal drafting and RFP/RFI/RFQ response preparation.
* Coordinate with OEMs, technology partners, cloud providers, and internal delivery teams.
* Deliver customer presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
* Stay updated with emerging technology trends and identify new solution opportunities.
* Support the sales team in technical positioning, objection handling, and deal closure.
* Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting roles within IT Services/Product Engineering companies.
* Strong understanding of:
* Web & Mobile Application Development
* Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
* IT Infrastructure & DevOps
* Data Engineering & Databases
* AI/ML & Automation Concepts
* Cybersecurity Fundamentals
* Experience in solution architecture and technical proposal drafting.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to understand customer pain points and map technology solutions effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Quick learner with passion for technology and innovation.
Good to Have
* Certifications in Cloud, Infrastructure, AI, Data, DevOps, Security, or Product Engineering.
* Experience working with enterprise customers across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, SaaS, or Hospitality industries.
* Exposure to managed services, cloud migrations, modernization, or AI transformation projects.
* Familiarity with proposal management, estimation models, and project scoping.
