Job Description: Data Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Acquisition Specialist to build and maintain a high-quality database of UAE companies and key decision-makers. The role involves researching companies, collecting accurate contact information, enriching data, and supporting the sales team with reliable, sales-ready leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Research
- Identify and research target companies across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, Logistics, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Professional Services.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of UAE companies.
- Classify companies by industry, size, and business priority.
Contact Research & Enrichment
- Find key decision-makers such as CFOs, Finance Managers, CIOs, IT Managers, ERP Managers, and Procurement Heads.
- Collect and verify:
- Business email addresses
- Phone and mobile numbers
- LinkedIn profiles
- Company websites
- ERP or technology information (if available)
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
- Remove duplicate records and ensure data quality.
- Update company and contact information regularly.
Sales Support
- Research ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, Sage, Tally, and Infor.
- Identify companies that are likely to adopt e-Invoicing solutions.
- Support sales campaigns with accurate and verified prospect data.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
- Companies researched
- Contacts added
- Data quality
- Industry coverage
- Sales-ready leads delivered

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, data research, or sales operations.
- Good internet research and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience working with UAE or GCC markets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and SaaS products.
- Experience with AI-based prospecting or automation tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and enrich 4,500–5,000 company accounts per month.
- Deliver 1,500–2,000 verified sales contacts monthly.
- Maintain at least 95% data accuracy.
- Keep duplicate records below 5%.
- Update CRM within 24 hours.
Success in the First 90 Days
- Build a database of 10,000+ UAE companies.
- Deliver 4,000+ verified accounts to the sales team.
- Establish a reliable data enrichment and quality process.
- Consistently support outbound sales with accurate, sales-ready data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
