To oversee and manage the complete financial, accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, licensing, and statutory obligations of the organization while ensuring accuracy, transparency, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee complete accounting operations of the organization.
- Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate recording of all receipts, payments, purchases, sales, journal entries, and adjustments.
- Verify and authorize accounting entries before final posting.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting staff and activities.
- Maintain General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, Purchase Register, and Sales Register.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Prepare Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Prepare management reports and financial summaries.
- Provide periodic MIS reports to management.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow trends.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
3. Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceIncome Tax
- Handle Income Tax compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
- Ensure timely submission of returns and statutory requirements.
GST
- Prepare and review GST returns.
- Reconcile GST data.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Handle GST notices and assessments.
TDS
- Deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS.
- File TDS returns.
- Generate and issue TDS certificates.
Professional Tax
- Ensure timely Professional Tax payments and returns.
- Maintain PT records and registrations.
4. Payroll & Employee Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, and salary calculations.
- Ensure compliance with:
- EPF
- ESIC
- Professional Tax
- Labour Laws
- Maintain employee salary records and statutory documentation.
5. Statutory Licenses & Government Compliance
Ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance of:
- Trade License
- Police License
- Fire License
- FSSAI License
- Shops & Establishment Registration
- Labour Department Registrations
- Professional Tax Registration
- GST Registration
- Any other statutory approvals required by the organization.
Monitor application status and follow up with government departments for approvals and renewals.
6. Banking & Treasury Management
- Manage banking operations.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks regarding:
- Loans
- OD facilities
- Guarantees
- Financial documentation
- Maintain proper control over payments and receipts.
7. Audit Management
- Coordinate Internal Audits.
- Coordinate Statutory Audits.
- Coordinate Tax Audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
8. Compliance Monitoring
Maintain complete control and records of:
- GST Portal
- Income Tax Portal
- PTAX Portal
- EPFO Portal
- ESIC Portal
- TRACES Portal
- MCA Portal (where applicable)
- Licensing Portals
Ensure no statutory filing, payment, or renewal is missed.
9. Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Develop financial controls and procedures.
- Detect and prevent financial irregularities.
- Monitor compliance risks.
- Ensure proper authorization of transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
10. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain organized records of:
- Licenses
- Tax filings
- Audit reports
- Agreements
- Employee records
- Statutory registers
- Financial statements
Ensure all records are readily available for inspections and audits.
Management Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise accounts personnel.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance.
- Train junior staff.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and accountability within the department.
- Serve as the primary finance and compliance advisor to management.

Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Experience handling multiple statutory registrations and government departments preferred.
- Prior experience in hotels, schools, hospitality, manufacturing, or service organizations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
