About the Role
Vishwa Homes Premium Projects Private Limited is seeking a disciplined and detail-orientated Electrical Engineer to oversee site electrification and MEP services for our premium residential and villa developments.
You will be responsible for translating high-end architectural plans into precise, safe, and buildable field layouts while managing electrical contractors and coordinating seamlessly with our core PM and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site electrification, internal/external wiring, and power distribution systems.
* Cross-check electrical schematics and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) service layouts against final structural drawings to completely prevent design clashes or core-cutting errors.
* Direct, coordinate, and oversee the daily activities of on-site electrical contractors and technicians.
* Conduct routine on-site inspections and rigorous system testing to ensure installations comply with local building regulations and technical specifications.
* Manage incoming electrical material inventory, ensuring all items received match our quality benchmarks and bill of quantities (BOQ).
* Enforce 100% adherence to company site safety guidelines, verifying that all live electrical workflows and labour teams operate under rigid safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
* B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
* 2 to 4 years of proven site experience handling electrical installations (residential, premium villa, or commercial building projects preferred).
* Strong capability in reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings, structural layouts, and electrical wiring schematics.
* Solid baseline knowledge of general construction processes and cross-functional MEP service coordination.
* Sharp troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to technical detail.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
