Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and solutions.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate call notes.
- Identify and qualify sales leads to support the business development team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to align on outreach strategies.
- Ensure high-quality interactions by maintaining a professional and helpful tone during all communications.
- Research target markets and prospects to improve the effectiveness of calling campaigns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of daily call logs and follow-up schedules.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer queries and common pain points.
Internship Summary:
