Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to support our sales and recruitment teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in business development or marketing within the IT services or consulting domain. Training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs
2. Actively market our bench consultants to suitable roles across clients
3. Independently source the job and place IT consultants
4. Stay on top of market trends to enhance placement strategies
5. Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
6. Commit full-time to drive consistency and client satisfaction
Requirements:
● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email communication.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Willingness to learn and take initiative.
● Should have own laptop and wifi setup
