We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team to manufacture, assemble, and maintain various industrial tools and components.Our workplace features a blend of conventional and modern, state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machinery, offering a dynamic environment for high-precision craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high-quality tools, molds, and components according to technical specifications.
- Set up, program, and operate a variety of toolroom machinery.
- Utilize advanced manufacturing techniques, including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Precision Grinding, and Laser Cutting.
- Work with both conventional (manual) and CNC-controlled machinery.
- Inspect finished tools for accuracy and ensure they meet strict quality tolerances.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Toolmaker, Tool & Die Maker, or Machinist is highly preferred (freshers with strong practical, hands-on academic project experience in CNC machining may also be considered).
- Hands-on familiarity with CNC milling/turning machines, grinding, or laser cutting.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical measurements.
- Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
