- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with data entry and record management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance records, and employee documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange repairs when necessary.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
