Job Summary
Pressure Tech Industrial Machinery Manufacturing LLC is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Candidates with knowledge of Rubber Belts, PVC Belts, and Conveyor Systems are preferred. Freshers with relevant product knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries and requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer specifications.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and technical details.
- Follow up on quotations and customer feedback.
- Maintain sales records, quotations, and customer databases.
- Assist the sales team in order processing and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support procurement and supplier management activities.
- Handle general sales administration and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Dip. Mech).
- Knowledge of Rubber Belts, PVC Belts, Conveyor Belts, and Conveyor Systems.
- Freshers with belt industry knowledge can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹11,446.65 - ₹31,236.11 per month
