Core Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the dedicated contact to build rapport, trust, and long-term partnerships.
- Business Development: Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the wallet share of existing clients.
- Needs Analysis: Understanding client goals and providing customized solutions or advice.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly addressing and resolving client complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Strategic Collaboration: Liaising with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to meet client expectations and company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing account performance, preparing reports, and tracking revenue targets.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or account management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Competencies: Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹9,644.40 - ₹31,498.12 per month
