Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate ENMOS textile machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Conduct machine inspections and prepare service reports.
- Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer complaints.
- Maintain records of service activities, spare parts usage, and machine performance.
- Support customers
- Travel extensively to customer sites as required.
Required Qualifications
Diploma Electrical/ ITI
Required Skills
- Knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical aspects
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing service reports and documentation.
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in servicing textile machinery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
