Job Description :-
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler on high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) with reputed consultants or developers
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture for LOD 300–400 modeling, family creation, and sheet/drawing production
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural vs Structural vs MEP) and resolving clashes through BIM workflows
- Ability to interpret architectural GFC drawings, tender drawings, and site RFIs and translate them into accurate BIM models
- Experience in producing coordinated architectural shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) from BIM models for execution
- Good understanding of Indian building codes, local DCR/by-laws, and typical high-rise residential detailing (cores, shafts, balconies, fire escape, parking, podiums)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage model versions, and maintain BIM standards and naming conventions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with architects, structural/MEP teams, and site engineers
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
