## Eligibility

## Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging classroom training on Clinical Research concepts.
* Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
* Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and mock interview sessions.
* Mentor students and help them develop industry-ready knowledge and skills.
* Assess student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
* Stay updated with the latest clinical research regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and industry trends.
* Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Clinical Research concepts, clinical trial processes, and industry practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts through interactive training.
* Passion for teaching and helping students build successful careers.
