- Gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Customer Engagement (CE).
- Perform functional analysis, UAT, and testing.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support.
