Position- Process Team Leader
Industry- BPO/Telecom
Salary- 20k to 25k per month
Experience-3 months to 2 years in BPO as TL
Employment Type- Full-time
Key Responsibilities-
1. Manage and supervise the MNP Prepaid process team on a day-to-day basis.
2. ensure achievement of team targets, productivity, and conversion metrics.
3. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
4. Track attendance, shrinkage and productivity.
5. Coordinate with QA, training, MIS and Operations team.
6. Motivate team and maintain discipline and positive work environment.
Required skills-
1. Strong knowledge of telecom process.
2. Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS excel and basic MIS reporting
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to manage escalations and motivate team.
Eligibility-
1. 2-4 years of BPO experience, with atleast 1 year in a Team Leader role preferred.
