Cogniter Technologies is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, international sales, and business development strategies while working with a dynamic team serving global clients.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging industry trends.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client communications.
Perform lead generation activities, including email outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and facilitate effective communication.
Maintain and update prospect and client information in CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and business growth objectives.
Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of company services, industry trends, and sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable using modern sales, communication, and CRM tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Internship, academic project, or freelance experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
Familiarity with online bidding platforms and lead-generation techniques will be considered an added advantage.
Understanding of international business development processes will be a plus.
