Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business HR to join our team. This role combines Human Resources and Business Development responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, achieving targets, and contributing to organisational growth. The selected candidate will manage recruitment activities, employee engagement, lead generation for internship and IT training programmes, and build partnerships with colleges and corporate organisations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring
· Source candidates through portals, references, and outreach
· Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
· Maintain employee engagement and HR coordination
· Generate student leads for internship and IT training programs
· Support business development initiatives through college partnerships and corporate hiring collaborations
· Approach companies for recruitment collaborations
· Support campus drives and placement activities
· Perform cold calling and follow-ups for lead conversion
· Maintain structured lead database and reporting
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
· Ability to multitask across HR and business development functions.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eligibility
· Any Graduate.
· 0–1 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Business Development, or a related field.
· Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
