We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to expand our market presence in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening distributor networks, and increasing brand visibility for our range of spice products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across all key outlets
- Execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and market activation activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably spices, food products, or similar category)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
