The Process Associate – Filing Team is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, organizing documents, and supporting daily operational processes. The role involves updating internal databases, managing physical and digital files, ensuring document accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate efficient record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain internal records, databases, and tracking systems accurately and on time.
- Organize, file, and archive physical and electronic documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Retrieve and provide documents and records as requested by internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper version control and confidentiality of company documents.
- Perform regular audits of files to identify missing, duplicate, or outdated records.
- Prepare reports and maintain filing logs for operational tracking.
- Assist in data entry and record management activities as assigned.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance filing efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, filing, or administrative support (Freshers may apply).
- Basic knowledge of document management and record-keeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
