Position Summary
We have a new position for a Finance and Tax Analyst, to join the Indian finance team at our head office based in Hebbal, Bangalore, India.
About the role
This is a key position in the finance team and is critical to the Company operations & statutory compliance. The primary responsibilities would include:
- Assist in the preparation of month end reporting of profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Responsible for regular reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts and ensure provisions and prepaids are accurate.
- Assist the finance manager during the audit process, both internal and external.
- Assist in preparation of various tax reports, maintaining appropriate Goods and Services Tax (GST) records of the company, related reconciliation and filing of timely returns to ensure the business is compliant.
- Consolidation of data from multiple internal sources and support initiatives to streamline data collection and consolidation process.
- Prepare and maintain business dashboards (Sales, Inventory etc.), and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in the calculation and review of sales incentives, ensuring accurate payouts.
- Track the leases of all Company vehicles, coordination with vendor, forecasting the related cost and payment processing.
- Undertake process improvement initiatives and drive automation using Power Platform tools to improve efficiency.
- Assist with assigned ad hoc projects to ensure they meet specified team and business outcomes.
About you

Education and work experience requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, with 0–3 years of work experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and current regulations, including GST, Customs, FEMA and Income Tax.
- Should have been a member of a team handling various audits (Big 4 preferred).
- Interested in handling MIS and business reporting’s with significant exposure to data analysis.
- Comfortable working with Excel and related automations to improve efficiency.
- Able to organize and manage diverse tasks efficiently within agreed timelines.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sharp business acumen, problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
