Laravel Backend Developer
We are looking for a Laravel Backend Developer with at least 1 year of professional experience in PHP and Laravel. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RESTful API development, database management, third-party integrations, authentication, and scalable backend architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel.
- Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external web services.
- Develop optimized SQL queries and efficiently manage Eloquent ORM.
- Design and maintain scalable, well-structured relational database schemas.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Laravel Sanctum.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and profile applications to improve performance, scalability, and response times.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with backend services.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
- Work closely with development and project teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable backend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Strong hands-on experience in RESTful API development, including endpoints, routing, request handling, validation, and responses.
- Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of Eloquent ORM and database optimization.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
- Experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
- Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and token-based systems.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with caching, queues, background jobs, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
