About the Company:
Sarom Fab Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name in the home furnishing textile industry; The Plant Helper will assist in day-to-day production and operational activities within the textile plant. This role involves supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
For Plant Helper Role:
- Assist in fabric movement, loading/unloading, and packing activities.
- Support the production process by carrying raw materials, fabric rolls, and finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Help in packing, labeling, and storing finished products.
- Follow safety guidelines and always plant rules.
- Support operators in day-to-day production processes.
- Report any equipment malfunction or irregularity to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory movement and material handling within departments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or production executive.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate (as applicable).
- Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years in textile / garment / manufacturing industry or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment.
Work Details:
- Timings: Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM /Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Dapode, Bhiwandi (Thane)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
