Job Description – Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Executive
Experience Required:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce and Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, focusing on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts to identify inefficiencies, optimization opportunities, tracking gaps, and performance improvements.
- Support campaign optimization through data analysis, audience insights, bid strategy recommendations, keyword analysis, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning, reporting, and performance improvements (minimal involvement in creative/ad design).
- Maintain and manage Shopify backend operations, including:
- Order tracking and reporting
- Product listing and catalog management
- Product data accuracy checks
- Sales and performance analysis
- Build and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets dashboards and MIS reports for:
- Inventory planning and projections
- Sales and order tracking
- Advertising performance analysis
- Business and operational metrics
- Generate accurate, data-driven reports to support management decision-making and business planning.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, inventory planning, and campaign readiness.
- Monitor ecommerce platform performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce and Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and ecommerce analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify platform operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting, formulas, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple ecommerce platforms and manage daily reporting efficiently.
Salary:
₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
