About the Role
You'll work across multiple brands and functions, helping turn ideas into execution. This role is designed for someone who is equally comfortable working with numbers, systems, marketing, communication, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and business execution.
- Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and Google Sheets.
- Manage and optimise CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Design SOPs and improve internal operational workflows.
- Support digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend growth opportunities.
- Assist with social media planning and brand communication.
- Create investor pitch decks, business presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across different brands.
- Track business KPIs and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Understanding of CRM platforms and workflow management.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations and pitch decks.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn.

What You'll Build
