Role Overview
Frutta is seeking an accomplished Corporate / Enterprise Sales Manager to drive strategic business growth through the acquisition and expansion of enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales for Frutta’s refreshment, workplace hospitality, and experience-led solutions.
The ideal candidate is a consultative B2B sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise account acquisition, complex stakeholder management, and solution-led selling. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Frutta’s presence across key corporate accounts in Chennai and surrounding markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and enterprise accounts across target industry segments.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to drive consistent business growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and position Frutta’s solutions as strategic, value-driven offerings.
- Drive new business through a combination of market mapping, relationship building, networking, referrals, and structured prospecting.
Sales Strategy & Deal Closure
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure.
- Engage with senior decision-makers including CXOs, HR leaders, Admin Heads, Procurement teams, and Facility Management stakeholders.
- Lead proposal presentations, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial structuring to secure profitable business outcomes.
- Drive participation in RFPs, RFQs, and formal procurement processes where applicable.
Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure high levels of engagement, retention, and account growth.
- Partner closely with internal operations, servicing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client experience.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of service offerings.
- Act as a trusted client partner by understanding evolving workplace needs and recommending relevant solutions.
Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Deliver against assigned revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and business performance through disciplined sales tracking and reporting.
- Maintain strong commercial focus while balancing client expectations, service quality, and profitability goals.
- Provide periodic sales forecasts, business updates, and account insights to leadership.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Contribution
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, workplace experience trends, and customer expectations within the corporate services and hospitality ecosystem.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to support pricing strategy, service innovation, and go-to-market planning.
- Contribute to the growth strategy for enterprise sales across Chennai and other priority markets.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in one or more of the following sectors:
- Corporate food services
- Workplace refreshment solutions
- Hospitality
- Facility management
- Corporate services
- Workplace or employee experience solutions
- Demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and growing large corporate or enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Proven ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders across client organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive both revenue growth and account profitability.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, field-sales environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management / Sales / Business Administration will be an added advantage.
