- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments & receipts, and journal entries.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording f inancial transactions and daily routine as per company policy.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
- Finalization of Accounts & comply with the provisions of GST, TDS & ITR including knowledge of filling their returns.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Experience in accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay: ₹8,530.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
