Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and maintain proper customer relationships.
- Conduct follow-up calls for vehicle service, feedback, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database and records properly.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for customer support activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Share service reminders, insurance renewal reminders, and promotional information with customers.
- Prepare daily calling reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure proper customer communication and maintain dealership standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
- Experience in automobile dealership CRM will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
