Qualification: DME, BE Mechanical
Experience : 7 to 10 years
1) Planning and preparing Daily Production Plan. Execution of Work Orders before Schedule Date.
2) Ensuring that the products that are produced are on time and of good quality.
3) Supervising the work done by all Production Engineers/Supervisors and Technicians.
4) Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements. Testing of Product Life Cycle and Pre-dispatch Inspection of all the units.
5) Preparing Production Reports and Rejection Reports for Management Review. Handling In House customer inspection.
6) Interacting with Purchase/Planning Dept for Shortages.
7) Interacting with Quality Control/Engineering for Non-Confirming components.
8) Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
9) To provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
10) Ensuring that components are stored in respective racks in organized way and maintain good housekeeping.
11) Follow all the instructions given by Manufacturing Manager.
12) Work as part of the team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
