About the job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for B.Tech/B.E graduates who are eager to build a career in industrial automation and project management. The candidate will support project execution activities, coordinate with internal departments and manage project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control project documents, drawings, reports and correspondence
- Track project schedules, milestones, and pending activities
- Prepare project status reports and Minutes of Meeting
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Site teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure proper document submission to clients and internal departments
- Support Project Manager in daily project coordination activities
- Maintain proper filing and document control systems
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for timely updates
- Assist during commissioning and project close-out documentation activities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Required Skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Automation
- Knowledge of project documentation practices is an added advantage
