Position: Management Intern / Live Project Trainee – Market Insights & Sales

About the Opportunity
Opportunity to work with a fast growing premium motorcycle tyre and riding gear brand and work on real world market intelligence projects that directly influence business strategy.
This internship is designed for students who enjoy interacting with consumers, understanding buying behaviour, and deriving insights from the ground level. You will work closely with regional business leaders to study customer preferences, dealer networks, brand awareness, and purchase decision drivers in the two-wheeler aftermarket.
Unlike a typical desk based internship, this role offers hands on field exposure, direct consumer interaction, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across assigned markets to interact with motorcycle users, dealers, retailers, and distributors
- Understand customer buying behaviour, brand awareness, product preferences, and purchase drivers
- Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market positioning
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and observational research to identify consumer trends
- Analyse market data and convert findings into actionable business insights
- Prepare presentations and reports for the regional and leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on market intelligence initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- MBA/PGDM students or freshers with interest in Sales, Marketing, Consumer Research, or Strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people in the field
- Good analytical and presentation abilities
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city/region
